Rising Star Nursing Center employs licensed professionals who are skilled in handling the medical and emotional needs of each resident.

There is 24 hour per day nursing care supervised by trained, caring, loving, and interactive staff, geared to restoring and maintaining each resident’s highest level of mental and physical health.

We are proud to work with fine practitioners in the medical and related fields and welcome each of them as partners. With the support of their in-house services we are able to offer the following services:

• Resident choice of attending physician.

• Referrals to specialists.

• Dental, Optometry, and Podiatry.

• Pharmacy Services.

• Laboratory Services.

Our mission is to dedicate ourselves to the promise that the individual needs of each resident come first, by providing a continuous commitment to tailor our nursing and other support programs to their needs through our Quality Assurance Program.

Our long term goal is to create a true home for the resident and to provide efficient service for different need levels; to be a place where compassionate care can be easily given and where extra service can be extended to those residents whose physical or emotional conditions require special attention.
